Why aren’t there any prices shown on your website?
All prices depend on the items, materials used, quantities required, as well as final destination. You can get estimates on pricing within a few days after giving us the details of the item(s) required.
How do I contact you about getting my needs quoted?

What materials do you use?
Your needs will dictate the final materials used but we work in leathers, suedes, faux leathers, wood, metals, glass, and fabrics as well. In some cases, items require combinations of materials, i.e. metal liners for leather or wood wastebaskets or mixtures of leather and wood for luggage racks and butler stands.
How long does it take get my goods?
All goods are custom made for your project. Once the samples are approved, orders placed and deposit received, production and shipment takes approximately 110 days. This can vary either way 10 days or so depending on the final destination as well as the amount of goods being produced.
What are your terms of sale?
Fifty percent (50%) deposit at time of order and balance due 30 days from receipt of goods (ROG).
What about shipping and handling?
There should be no additional costs for this. We try to get the shipment quoted directly to your final destination.
What are the minimum requirements?
We can likely get you a quotation on fairly small quantities but that means the cost per piece may be higher. However, let’s discuss your needs to see if we are the right vendor for you.
What products can you design & source?
We have designed all types of decorative accessories including lighting & hand-loomed carpets. We are especially good at OS&E products such as waste baskets, luggage racks, note pad holders, etc. Since many properties have unusual sized note papers or require special leather colors, you can design your own. In several cases, clients have wanted us to source for them furniture that they could not find in the marketplace or to come up with similar designs to meet budget constraints.
Can you create designs for me?
Absolutely. We love to take a project and work with you to design just the right items for you. Any item(s) can be customized in size, shape, selection of materials. Let’s talk about it.
Do you charge for samples?
In most cases, yes. However, our charges are basically just the cost of the sample item itself plus any freight. Generally, there are no set-up charges or the like.
Can you match finishes and colors?
Absolutely, so long as you supply us with an original finish sample, pantone color or the like.
Do you offer any “green” products?
Yes, we can source products that use recycled materials and/or renewable resources.
Do you have references I can call or contact?
Yes.
